18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement
Last updated: October 15, 2026
Draft pending legal review.
All persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on the creator sites hosted on MyFans were at least 18 years of age when the depiction was produced.
Verification of performers
Before any content featuring a person can be published on a creator site, that person, including the creator, must be verified by our moderation team. Verification requires:
- Their legal name and any stage names they use.
- Their date of birth and country.
- A government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card or driver’s license), with both sides when it has two, and its number.
- A selfie of the person holding that ID.
- A signed 18 U.S.C. § 2257 form.
Our moderation team reviews each performer and approves or rejects them. Every piece of content must be tagged with the approved performers who appear in it, and every piece is reviewed by people before publication to check that it shows only approved performers.
Custodian of records
The records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for the content on the creator sites hosted on MyFans are kept by the custodian of records at the following address:
KF CC LLC30 N GOULD ST STE R SHERIDAN WY 82801How records are kept
Identity documents and signed 18 U.S.C. § 2257 forms are stored in private storage that only our moderation team can access, and ID numbers are encrypted. We keep these records for as long as the law requires, including after a creator site is closed.
Records kept by creators
Creators who produce content are also responsible, as producers, for keeping their own records as the law requires, and must provide copies to us on request.
Questions and reports

If you believe that any content on a creator site shows a person under 18, report it immediately as described in Complaints and Content Removal Policy. Content reported as involving a minor is removed while we review it, and child sexual abuse material is reported to the NCMEC CyberTipline.
