Who we are

MyFans gives adult content creators their own website, called a creator site, where fans can subscribe and buy their content. MyFans is operated by KF CC LLC, a limited liability company organized in Wyoming, USA.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean KF CC LLC. A “creator” is an adult who owns a creator site, a “fan” is an adult with an account on a creator site, and a “visitor” is anyone who browses MyFans without an account.

Documents that are part of these terms

These documents are part of these terms and also apply to you:

• The Acceptable Use Policy, which sets out what content and behavior are allowed.
• Our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.
• Our Cookie Policy, which lists the cookies we use.
• Our Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy, which covers prices, subscriptions, cancellation, refunds and chargebacks.
• Our Complaints and Content Removal Policy, which explains how to report content and how we handle reports, removal requests and appeals.
• If you are a creator, the Creator Terms, which add the rules for running a creator site.

If you are a creator and the Creator Terms conflict with these terms, the Creator Terms apply.

Eligibility and age

To use MyFans you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. You must also be legally allowed to view adult content where you are, and you are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

If we learn that someone under 18 has an account or has given us personal data, we close the account and delete the data, except what the law requires us to keep or report.

Adult content and keeping minors away

Creator sites contain sexually explicit material meant only for adults. Do not enter them if you are under 18, if this kind of material offends you, or if viewing it is illegal where you are.

Every creator site shows an age gate before any content. By confirming it, you state that you are at least 18 and allowed to view adult content where you are. We remember your confirmation with a cookie, as explained in our Cookie Policy.

If minors can use your device, please use parental controls, such as the content filters offered by your device, browser or internet provider, and do not leave your account signed in.

Accounts

Visitors can browse without an account. To subscribe or buy on a creator site, you need a fan account on that site.

Fan accounts are specific to each creator site. You sign up on the site with your email and a password, verify your email and accept these terms. If you use the same email on another creator site, that is a separate account.

To prevent fraud, we link the accounts that share a verified email. We call this group of accounts a “buyer”, and some decisions, such as a ban on paying, apply to the buyer on every creator site.

You are responsible for your account. Give accurate information, keep your password secret, and tell us at support@myfans.site right away if you think someone else has used your account. Do not share, sell or transfer your account, or let anyone else use it.

Creator sites and responsibilities

Each creator site belongs to a creator, who designs it and decides what to publish and at what price. The creator is responsible for the content, texts, prices and offers on their site.

We provide the technology, host each site on a subdomain of our domain, process payments through our payment service provider, review identities and content before publication, and handle reports. The footer, the legal pages and the “Report content” link on every creator site are ours, and creators cannot change or remove them.

Creator sites do not offer direct messages, live shows, custom content orders or meetings, and no one may offer them through MyFans.

Purchases and subscriptions

Creators set their prices, which are shown in US dollars. Depending on your country, taxes may be added at checkout, and your bank may charge currency conversion fees.

On a creator site you can buy:

• A monthly membership (a subscription) to the site.
• Single pieces of content, such as videos and photo sets.
• Tips, and gifts toward items on the creator’s wishlist.

Each payment is for one item. You pay on our payment service provider’s secure payment page and then return to the site; we never see or store your full card number. We send you a receipt by email, and the charge appears on your card statement as [pending].

Subscriptions renew automatically. A subscription is charged upfront for 30 days and renews at the end of each period, at the same price, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account on the creator site (Account → My subscription → Cancel subscription): you will not be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid.

Tips and gifts are voluntary and give you nothing in return: no goods, services, contact, custom content or meetings. A gift is a payment toward an item on the wishlist; the money goes to the creator, and nothing is shipped. The creator sees your nickname (or that you stayed anonymous), your message and the amount, but never your email.

Sales of digital content are final once access is provided, except as set out in our Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy, which also covers failed renewals, refunds and chargebacks. If you think a charge is wrong, contact us at support@myfans.site before disputing it with your bank. A refunded or charged-back payment removes the access it gave.

Your license to view content

When you subscribe or buy, you get a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to view the content by streaming it on the creator site, for your own private, non-commercial use. You do not get ownership of the content or any other right to it.

You may not:

• Download, record, screen-capture or otherwise copy content.
• Share, redistribute, publish, sell or rent content, or post it anywhere else.
• Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access or collect content or data.
• Share your account or let other people watch through it.
• Get around the age gate, paywalls or any other access or security measure.

Purchased pieces stay in your account, and you can watch them again while they remain available. Content can become unavailable, for example if the creator removes it, our moderation team takes it down or the site is closed; it then shows as “No longer available”. This does not give an automatic refund (see our Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy).

Your license ends when your access ends: when your subscription period ends, when the content becomes unavailable, when a payment is refunded or charged back, or if your account is suspended or closed.

Your conduct

Everything you do on MyFans must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. This includes the nicknames and messages you send with tips and gifts: they must not harass, threaten or insult anyone, include personal data, or ask for meetings, contact or services.

You also agree not to:

• Try to find out the real identity or location of a creator or of anyone who appears in content, or stalk or harass them.
• Use payment details you are not authorized to use, or dispute charges you actually made.
• Interfere with MyFans, test its security without permission, or overload it.
• Create new accounts to get around a suspension or a ban.
• Knowingly send false reports or notices.

Intellectual property

The MyFans platform, including its software, design, name and domain, belongs to KF CC LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or use them except as these terms allow.

Creators keep the copyright in their content and give us only the license we need to run the service, as set out in the Creator Terms. A creator’s name, brand and content belong to the creator.

If you believe content on MyFans infringes your copyright, you can send us a notice as explained in our Complaints and Content Removal Policy. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.

Suspension, termination and bans

You can stop using MyFans at any time. To stop a subscription, cancel it from your account on the creator site. To close your account or exercise your data rights, write to us at support@myfans.site; our Privacy Policy explains how.

We may suspend or close an account, remove content or ban a buyer if we reasonably believe that someone has broken these terms or the law, has put others at risk, or has committed fraud, including disputing charges they actually made. A banned buyer cannot pay on any creator site.

If your account is closed because you broke these terms, your access ends. Refunds are given only as set out in our Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy or where the law requires them.

If a creator site is suspended or closed, its subscriptions stop renewing and you are not charged again. When a site is closed, subscribers keep access until the end of the period they already paid.

The sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law continue to apply after your account ends.

Disclaimers

We work to keep MyFans available and secure, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that MyFans will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any content will remain available.

Content on creator sites is made by creators, not by us, and our review does not make us its author or producer. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for it.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, KF CC LLC and its owners, staff and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to a fan for all claims related to MyFans is limited to the amount the fan paid on MyFans in the 12 months before the claim.

These limits do not apply to liability that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude.

Indemnity

If a claim is brought against KF CC LLC because you broke these terms or the law, or because your content or conduct infringed someone else’s rights, you agree to cover the resulting losses and reasonable costs, including legal fees, to the extent the law allows.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version with its date and, for material changes, we will notify you in advance by email or on the site.

If you keep using MyFans after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using MyFans and cancel your subscriptions.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and disputes are handled by the courts located in Wyoming. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

General

These terms are written in English. Translations are provided for convenience and, if they differ, the English version prevails.

If a part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in effect, and not enforcing a right does not waive it. We may transfer these terms as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.
